When I first heard about Truth About Abs, a guide that claims to be the #1 rated Abs Program on the Internet, my scamometer went up. Having seen crappy products and guides from self-proclaimed fitness experts, I was doubtful this would be anything more than another well marketed gimmick. However, something about this site struck me as unique. (it was actually their ugly design!) I decided to research more, and here is my Truth About Six Pack Abs Review.
Truth About Abs is a site created by Mike Geary who is a personal trainer and nutritionist. To be specific, Mike Geary received his Bachelors of Science degree from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylavannia. I explored the site, and realized that there was a 21-day trial for only $4.95. The 60-day no question asked money back guarantee proved to be too tempting to pass over too, and I bought the guide. After reading through it, I must honestly say it far exceeded my expectations.
Mike Geary had structured his guide in an easy to understand approach. Even if you are not a health conscious person or do not understand certain jargons, you will be understand what is written and why it is so.
Who Is This For?
This guide is for anyone who wishes to lose that stubborn belly fat. No matter whether you’re a male, female, teenager, adult or even a retiree, this will benefit you. You will be able to gain a flat stomach and for the dedicated people, a ripped six pack ab is inevitable.
The Good
I can’t emphasis on how well-written this guide is. There is no need for costly pills, workout equipment or even supplements. However, some workouts he recommend might require you to head down to the gym to use some free weights, barbells and cable wires.
There are also color pictures included in each training section to show you how each exercise looks like. You will never be lost trying to figure out how each workout is performed.
The bonuses included (all SEVEN of them) comes included with this guide, and it includes stretching routines, effective weight loss tips, some recommended smoothies, certain exercises for a healthy lifestyle and a 8-week dumbbell body weight fusion fat loss program.
It even has a 21 day trial for a low fee of $4.95 that you can take advantage of to see exactly what you are getting, before the remainder $35 is charged. This is a one-off fee, and you will never be billed again.
The Bad
I am not going to deny that there are certain things I wished this guide would improve on. First of all, there is a HUGE amount of information in the entire guide. It would be better if there was a checklist or a summary included so that I do not have to read through everything word for word. I had to print out the guide (in color) so that I could easily refer to it in the gym.
Next, there seemed to be a lack of table content in the beginning part of the guide. Without this content page, I had a little difficulty in finding the right pages for the right sections.
My Conclusion
I know what you might be thinking. “I hate reading long guides or books”, “I’ve spent too much money on things that simply don’t work”. This guide isn’t a magic pill for an instant six pack ab, and neither should you expect it to be. You are expected to follow this guide closely and be focused in order to achieve what you really want.
With over 276,000 satisfied customers in 163 countries over the past 4 years, there is no reason you should pass this offer over. The thousands of real testimonials the site has should be sufficient proof. If you apply the info in this program, you WILL get results… plain and simple!
