I had to print out the guide (in color) so that I could easily refer to it in the gym.

Next, there seemed to be a lack of table content in the beginning part of the guide. Without this content page, I had a little difficulty in finding the right pages for the right sections.

My Conclusion

This guide isn’t a magic pill for an instant six pack ab, and neither should you expect it to be.
